This Exchange, Return and Refund Policy (this "Policy") sets out the rules and procedures that you must follow when you wish to exchange, return or obtain a refund in respect of a Product you purchased from Iona on Iona

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

14 days Hassle-Free Exchange Policy.
If you're not totally happy with the product you purchased, you can bring it back to us, within a period of 14 days (from date of purchase/delivery, whichever is later). Please bring along the sales confirmation email at the time of return/exchange.
  1. The product must not be used.
  2. Bring the product (excludes special price items) back in its original condition, including the box, with the guarantee card and your valid purchase receipt from Iona.
  3. On returning the goods, please note that free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
  4. In the event of a cancellation with no exchange in product, a refund will be given excluding delivery charges.
  5. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
  6. Transportation cost will not be refunded.
Sales Cancellation

Iona reserves the right to refund you the Price of any Goods which has been paid and received by Iona, even after the relevant Sales Order is confirmed and payment has been received by us, in lieu of delivery or supply of such Goods.

Exchange / Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, Iona reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.

If the repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may keep the defective Good and ask for a partial refund, or return the defective Good and ask for a full refund. Please note that the amount of the full refund will take into account the Good's current state resulting from your use.
  4. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
Please note the normal processing time for refund requests is 4 - 6 weeks from date of request.

2. ONLINE AVAILABILITY

Q: How do I know if the product I’m looking for is available online?
A: If a product is available online, an orange “Add To Cart” button will appear directly below the price on the product’s listing and detail pages. The product details page will also display “In Stock”.
If a product is out of stock, the orange “Add To Cart” button will not appear. The product details page will also display “Out Of Stock”.
Q: How many products can I order at one time?
A:
  1. Especially for products on offer, we may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
  2. These restrictions may be enforced on orders placed from the same Iona Webstore account or credit card, and sometimes even orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address.
  3. Should a restriction apply, a notification will be sent to the e-mail you provided within the next business day.
Q: What if the product runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?
A:
  1. We will send an email or call you to keep you posted on availability within the next business day.
  2. This practice will vary by product and situation, and limited quantities or other circumstances may result in this check.
  3. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

3. VOUCHER CODES

Q: How do I redeem a voucher code?
  1. Make a purchase from Iona online store.
  2. Click "CHECKOUT" to proceed to Checkout Confirmation.
  3. Enter your promotional code into the field provided at the bottom of the Checkout Confirmation page.
  4. After you have entered the code, be sure to click the "Apply" button.
  5. Proceed to make payment.
Q: What type of purchases can a voucher code be applied to?
  1. Voucher codes can be used for online purchases made from the Iona Online Store, but are not applicable for excluded items.
  2. Excluded items include, but are not limited to, Online Deals, promotional offers, discount privileges, unless indicated otherwise.
  3. Voucher codes are not applicable to all services, including but not limited to, 1-for-1 Exchange and delivery charges, unless indicated otherwise.
  4. Voucher codes are not applicable on processing fees and service charges.
  5. Voucher codes are subject to all restrictions set forth in any ongoing promotion.
  6. Voucher codes only apply to qualifying products.
  7. Voucher codes are exclusive to purchases made through the Iona Online Store. Purchases made from retail outlets and other web stores are not eligible.
  8. If the voucher code has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
  9. Voucher codes cannot be applied to previously completed purchases.
  10. Voucher codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
  11. Only one voucher code can be applied at any one time for purchases made through the Iona Online Store.
Q: How many voucher codes can I redeem for one purchase?
A: Only one voucher code can be redeemed during any one purchase, unless stated otherwise.
Q: What if my unredeemed voucher code has expired?
  1. Expired voucher code will be rendered invalid and no replacement codes will be issued.
  2. Goldland International Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend redemption period for voucher codes and/or cancel voucher codes without prior notice.
Q: What if I want to apply another promotional code?
  1. Only one voucher code can be applied per transaction.

4. PAYMENT

Q: How can I pay for my items online?
All payments will be made through PAYPAL,
Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard) - you will be asked to provide credit card details upon checking out.

5. COLLECTION & DELIVERY - Self Collection

Q: Where do I collect my purchases?
A: You may collect your purchases at the following address:

Q: Must I call in to arrange for collection?
A: Our customer service will send you a text message or call you to inform that you product is ready for collection
Q: What are the charges if I decide to arrange for delivery?
A: You can call our customer service hotline to arrange for delivery. Delivery charges are as follow:

Delivery Time Between 11am to 5pm.

A: No we do not delivery on weekends, after office hours and public holidays.
Q: What are the delivery timings available?
A:  Delivery time is between 11am to 5pm. 
Q: What happens if delivery fails?
A:  We will SMS customer to make an appointment for delivery. If the appointment is confirmed, and no one is available to collect upon delivery, we can schedule a re-delivery with an additional delivery cost of $10 per trip.
Q: Do you delivery to P.O. Box address and restricted areas?
A:  No we do not deliver to P.O. Box and restricted areas.

6. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Q: What if I am unsatisfied with the product purchased?
A: If you’re not totally happy with the product you purchased, you can send it back to us within 14 days (from date of purchase/delivery, whichever is later).

  2. To facilitate handling of such incidents, please help us indicate the reason for refusal of delivery on the delivery note.
  3. An Iona representative will contact you within the next 24 business hours for further action.
Q: Can I return bundle/promotional items?
A:
  1. Yes you may.
  2. Do note that the refund value for each item returned will thus be reduced to reflect any free gifts or discounted value.
Q: Are all items exchangeable or refundable?

7. INSTALLATION

Q: Can you assist to install / assemble product?
A: We do not provide installation and assembly service.
